 1- HOW IS THE CONCRETE TILE FASTENED. NEED THIS
 INFORMATION TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. 1609.4.2 FBC.
  
 A) IF USING ADHESIVE, THEN PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3. SEE TILE NOA FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES.
  
 B) IF USING SCREWS, THEN SPECIFY NUMBER TO SCREWS TO
 VERIFY DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. 1609.4.2.
  
 2- ENGINEER TO REVISE THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. 8.1 OF RAS 117, "THE MINIMUM
 FASTENER SEPARATION SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 4 IN. O.C.".
 REVISE FASTENER SPACING FOR CORNER AREAS.
  
 B) ENGINEER TO PROVIDE 2 COPIES WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE
 (NO COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION WAS
 UPDATED TO $45,430. THE PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $1121.06.
