 A1.1 DO NOT MEET THE 2010 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 2010 FL
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 202.3.1 PROHIBITED REDUCTION IN
 ACCESS.
 AN ALTERATION THAT DECREASES OR HAS THE EFFECT OF
 DECREASING THE ACCESSIBILITY OF A BUILDING OR FACILITY
 BELOW THE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AT THE TIME
 OF THE ALTERATION IS PROHIBITED.
  
 1A) 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 604.1 WATER CLOSETS AND
 TOILET COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 604.2 THROUGH
 604.8.
  
 1B) 2010 FL ACCESS. 604.8.1.6 LAVATORY. (FL GRAY BOX
 FLORIDA SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT) IN NEW CONSTRUCTION, THE
 WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TOILET COMPARTMENT SHALL CONTAIN
 AN ACCESSIBLE LAVATORY WITHIN IT, WHICH MUST BE AT
 LEAST 19 INCHES WIDE BY 17 INCHES DEEP, NOMINAL SIZE,
 AND WALL-MOUNTED. THE LAVATORY SHALL BE MOUNTED SO AS
 NOT TO OVERLAP THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AREAS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 604 FOR THE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TOILET
 COMPARTMENT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 606. SUCH
 LAVATORIES SHALL BE COUNTED AS PART OF THE REQUIRED
 FIXTURE COUNT FOR THE BUILDING. ALSO SEE FIGURE
 604.8.1.6, (FL GRAY BOX FLORIDA SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT).
  
 2A) A1.1 BREAK ROOM DETAIL # 11, THE ELEVATION DETAIL
 OF THE COUNTER W/ BREAK ROOM SINK DOES NOT INDICATE THE
 HEIGTH, ASSUMED 34" PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH 2010
 FL ACCESS CODE 606.3 FOR HEIGTH.
  
 2B) THE OTHER ISSUE IS THE SINK HAS A BOTTOM CABINET
 THAT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A FRONTAL APPROACH. THE SINK IS
 CENTERED IN A CABINET 2'-10" ADJACENT TO A WALL OR THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE SINK FROM THE WALL IS 17 INCHES FROM
 THE WALL LINE. FL ACCESS CODE 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 EX # 1 A PARALLEL APPROACH COMPLYING WITH 305 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO A KITCHEN SINK, IN A SPACE WHERE A COOK
 TOP OR CONVENTIONAL RANGE IS NOT PROVIDED, AND TO WET
 BARS OR A 30 X 48 SPACE THAT WOULD REQUIRE THE SINK
 CENTERLINE TO BE A MIIMUM OF 24 INCHES FROM THE WALL SO
 THE SINK CENTER LINE AND CENTER LINE FOR THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE TO ALIGN.
  
 3) SHEET A1.0 NOTE # A1.03 & SHEET A4.0B DETAILS 14 &
 15, NEW WOOD FLOORS TO MATCH EXISTING. THIS IS A TYPE
 II BUILDING AND MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENT 2010 FBC-B
 SECTION 603.2 EXCEPTION 2 WOOD FLOORS INSULATION
 INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID DECKING
 WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200. ALSO REVIEW
 805.1 IF FLOORING SUBFLOOR IS SOLIDLY FILLED OR ON
 SLEEPERS OR FIRE BLOCKED.
  
 4) SHEET A4.0B; DETAILS 16,19 & 20 DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT
 MATERIAL IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED? PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 806.5 INTERIOR TRIM.
 MATERIAL, OTHER THAN FOAM PLASTIC USED AS INTERIOR
 TRIM, SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM CLASS C FLAME SPREAD AND
 SMOKE-DEVELOPED INDEX WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ASTM E 84 OR UL 723, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 803.1.1.
 COMBUSTIBLE TRIM, EXCLUDING HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS,
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 PERCENT OF THE SPECIFIC WALL OR
 CEILING AREA IN WHICH IT IS ATTACHED.
