 1. COPY OF APPROVED EASEMENT VACATION WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PROJECT.
  
 2. THE ZONING OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS SF7. IT
 APPEARS THERE IS AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT PROPOSED OVER
 THE GARAGE. ACCESSORY APARTMENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN
 THIS ZONING DISTRICT (ZLDR SEC. 94-303(A)). PLEASE
 REVISE PLANS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. VISIBILITY SITE TRIANGLE SHOULD BE DEPICTED AT 20'
 RATHER THAN 12.5' (ZLDR SEC. 94-305(3)).
  
 4. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4'
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK (ZLDR SEC. 94-305(B)(4)).
 PLEASE VERIFY THE SETBACKS FOR THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 ALONG THE NORTH AND WEST PROPERTY LINES.
  
 5. PLEASE CLARIFY IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED OR
 RELOCATED ON THE SITE FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. IF
 TREES WILL BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED, A TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
 1. SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR REVIEW.
  
 2. CONSTRUCTION OF A POOL WILL REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH
 ZLDR SEC. 94-304(D)(2)B., C., AND D. REGARDING FENCING
 AND SCREENING. IT IS RECOMMENDED THESE ITEMS ARE
 ADDRESSED WITH THE SITE PLAN/LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEW.
 OTHERWISE, COMPLIANCE WITH THESE ITEMS WILL BE REVIEWED
 WITH THE SUBMITTAL OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 POOL.
