 PLEASE DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. PER ZLDR SEC. 94-482(D)(5) MAXIMUM WIDTH OF ENTRANCE
 DRIVES IS 10' EACH FOR CIRCULAR DRIVE (IMAGE PROVIDED
 IN CODE). THE INTERIOR ARC SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 LIVING PLANT MATERIAL.
  
 2. PER ZLDR SEC. 94-482(A) REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE
 LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS
 GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 PROVIDE CALCULATION ON PLANS.
  
 3. DIMENSION PROPOSED SIDEWALK AROUND THE SIDE OF THE
 HOUSE. MUST MAINTAIN MINIMUM 2' SETBACK FROM THE SIDE
 PROPERTY LINE [ZLDR SEC. 94-305].
