 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULAITIONS, SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCES MAY ONLY HAVE A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY PROVIDED
 THAT EACH DRIVEWAY OPENING SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN (10)
 FEET IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 WIDTH OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY, AS WELL AS THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY EXPANSION.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS, A
 MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF THE FRONT YARD MUST
 REMAIN AS LANDSCAPED AREA (GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES, ETC.). PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS
 OF THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING BETWEEN THE FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE AND THE CLOSEST POINT OF THE STRUCTURE (GARAGE).
