 7- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS NEED THE ARCHITECT'S LICENSE
 NUMBER IN THE TITLE BLOCK. CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE
 AND SEC. 61G1-16.004.
  
 8- PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS FOR CHIMNEY AND
 FIREPLACE. SEC. R1004 AND R1005. AND, PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS THAT ALLOW A CHIMNEY CAP AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS. ARCHITECTURAL PLANS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECS AND DIMENSIONS FOR CHIMNEY CAP TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY

 ANCHOR SCHEDULE AND CONNECTOR SCHEDULE SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. NOTE: FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS LISTED ON THE
 TRUS ANCHOR SCHEDULE AND CONNECTOR'S SCHEDULE NEED TO
 BE UPDATED TO 2010 FBC NUMBERS. AND, SPECIFY THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER FOR ALL OTHER
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON ALL DETAILS IF NOT LISTED ON
 THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE.
  
 E) ARCHED CASEMENT WINDOWS WITH SIZE AS SPECIFIED ON
 THE WINDOW SCHEDULE.
  
 F) ROOF TILE THAT IS DESIGNED FOR A 2:12 ROOF PITCH AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 G) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE, IF USING ADHESIVE FOR THE TILE
 INSTALLATION. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED
 ADHESIVES. NEED TO MEET THE CALCULATED UPLIFT LOADS.
  
 H) GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 I) SHUTTERS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 J) ARCHITECT TO UPDATE THE NOA NUMBER FOR THE FRENCH
 DOORS SHOWN ON THE DOOR SCHEDULE TO MATCH ACTUAL NOA
