| DECKS, ETC, BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) FEET FROM |
| THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE (ZERO SIDE AND NON-ZERO SIDE). |

| 2. PURSUANT TO THE DESIGN GUIDELINES, LANDSCAPE HEDGING |
| SHALL BE PLACED ALONG THE ZERO-SIDE PROPERTY LINE WHEN |
| POOLS, DECKS, AND SCREEN ENCLOSURES EXTEND BEYOND THE |
| PRIVACY WALL. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THIS HEDGING |
| CURRENTLY EXISTS. |

| TO MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS. ACCORDING TO |
| THE SURVEY, THERE IS A 15.53 SETBACK BETWEEN THE REAR |
| PROPERTY LINE AND THE HOUSE. DWG. NO. 1 OF 4 IN THE |
| PERMIT PLANS SHOWS THAT THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE |
| IS 10 FEET DEEP; THEREFORE, THE SETBACK BETWEEN THE |
| REAR PROPERTY LINE AND THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE WOULD ONLY |
| BE 5.53 FEET. PLEASE CLARIFY. ADDITIONALLY, DWG. NO. 1 |
| OF 4 ALSO SHOWS 2 DOOR ENTERING/EXITING THE SCREEN |
