 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2693-96, THE DESIGN
 GUIDELINES FOR THE ANDROS ISLE RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (RPD) REQUIRE THAT SCREEN ENCLOSURES, POOL
 DECKS, ETC, BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) FEET FROM
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE (ZERO SIDE AND NON-ZERO SIDE).
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE DESIGN GUIDELINES, LANDSCAPE HEDGING
 SHALL BE PLACED ALONG THE ZERO-SIDE PROPERTY LINE WHEN
 POOLS, DECKS, AND SCREEN ENCLOSURES EXTEND BEYOND THE
 PRIVACY WALL. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THIS HEDGING
 CURRENTLY EXISTS.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED REAR SETBACK OF 10.5 FEET DOES NOT SEEM
 TO MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS. ACCORDING TO
 THE SURVEY, THERE IS A 15.53 SETBACK BETWEEN THE REAR
 PROPERTY LINE AND THE HOUSE. DWG. NO. 1 OF 4 IN THE
 PERMIT PLANS SHOWS THAT THE PROPOSED SCREEN ENCLOSURE
 IS 10 FEET DEEP; THEREFORE, THE SETBACK BETWEEN THE
 REAR PROPERTY LINE AND THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE WOULD ONLY
 BE 5.53 FEET. PLEASE CLARIFY. ADDITIONALLY, DWG. NO. 1
 OF 4 ALSO SHOWS 2 DOOR ENTERING/EXITING THE SCREEN
 ENCLOSURE, 1 OF THEM BEING ALONG THE ZERO-SIDE PROPERTY
 LINE. THIS DOOR SHOULD NO SWING OUT ACROSS THE PROPERTY
 LINE, AND THERE SHOULD BE A PRIVACY WALL IN THIS AREA.
