 THIS PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED PROVISIONALLY. FAILURE TO
 CORRECT THE LISTED DEFICIENCIES IN THIS PLAN PRIOR TO
 INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN FAILED INSPECTION(S) AND THE
 ASSESSMENT OF RE-INSPECTION FEE(S). REVISIONS REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL REVIEWS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES.
  
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1) PLANS WILL REQUIRE A DETAIL FOR THE CREATION OF A
 NEW DROPPED CEILING AND SOFFITS. THE DETAIL SHALL
 INCLUDE, FRAMING MATERIALS, SIZE, GAUGE, SPACING OF
 FRAMING, SPAN OF CEILING BEING HUNG, IF STIFF BACKS ARE
 REQUIRED? PROVIDE DETAIL OF HOW THE TRAY DROPPED CEILNG
 WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE DECK ABOVE, TYPE OF FASTENER,
 AND LENGTH, ALSO INCLUDE TYPE OF CEILING FINISH AND
 THICKNESS OF MATERIAL. WILL THE DROPPED CEILING ABOVE
 BE CONSIDERED A PLENUM?
 2010 WPB ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 2) PLANS SHOW A KITCHEN WALL BEING MOVED, NEW FLOOR
 AREA IS GOING TO BE REVEALED. IF THE FLOOR FINISH OF
 THE KITCHEN IS NOT BEING REMOVED, THIS IS CONSIDERED A
 REPAIR AND NO FLOOR INSULATION IS NEEDED. IF THE
 KITCHEN FLOOR IS REMOVED THEN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING SECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE REQUIRED:
  
 2A) FBC-B 2010 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492.
 2B) FBC-B 2010 603.2 EXCEPTION (1) TILE FLOORING
 FLOOR INSULATION PLACED BETWEEN TWO LAYERS OF
 NONCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS WITHOUT AN INTERVENING
 AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX
 OF NOT MORE THAN 100.
  
 2C) FBC-B 2010 603.2 EXCEPTION 2 WOOD FLOORS
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
