 CORRUGATED METAL ROOF OPTIONAL AWNING OR THATCHED ROOF.
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD MUST STATE WHAT MATERIAL WILL BE
 USED IN THIS PROJECT. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, CHAPTER 1 FBC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION
 ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL CODES
 SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE
 TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE
 FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION.

 4) THE PLANS INDICATE THE FRONT BAR TO BE ON WHEELS,
 THE FRONT BAR WILL BE CONSIDERED A KIOSK AS PART OF A
 OPEN MALL COURT. HOW DOES THE DESIGNER INTEND TO MEET
 THE CODE REQUIREMENTS LIST IN:
 2010 FBC-B 402.11 KIOSKS.
 KIOSKS AND SIMILAR STRUCTURES (TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT)
 SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
  
 4.1. COMBUSTIBLE KIOSKS OR OTHER STRUCTURES SHALL NOT
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE MALL UNLESS CONSTRUCTED OF ANY OF
 THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS:
  
 4.1.1. FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED WOOD COMPLYING WITH
 SECTION 2303.2.
  
 4.1.2. FOAM PLASTICS HAVING A MAXIMUM HEAT-RELEASE RATE
 NOT GREATER THAN 100 KILOWATTS (105 BTU/H) WHEN TESTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXHIBIT BOOTH PROTOCOL IN UL
 1975.
  
 4.1.3. ALUMINUM COMPOSITE MATERIAL (ACM) MEETING THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CLASS A INTERIOR FINISH IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 8 WHEN TESTED AS AN ASSEMBLY IN THE
 MAXIMUM THICKNESS INTENDED FOR USE.
  
 4.2. KIOSKS OR SIMILAR STRUCTURES LOCATED WITHIN THE
 MALL SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED FIRE SUPPRESSION
 AND DETECTION DEVICES.
  
 4.3. THE MINIMUM HORIZONTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN KIOSKS
 OR GROUPINGS THEREOF AND OTHER STRUCTURES WITHIN THE
 MALL SHALL BE 20 FEET (6096 MM).
  
 4.4. EACH KIOSK OR SIMILAR STRUCTURE OR GROUPINGS
 THEREOF SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM AREA OF 300 SQUARE FEET
 (28 M2).
  
 5) THE FRONT BAR OR SERVING BAR INDICATES THE HEIGHT OF
 THE BAR TO BE 36 INCHES TALL, PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2010 FL ACCESSIBILTY CODE 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS
 OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES
 (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
