 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGN. PLEASE NOT
 THE SETBACK OF THE SIGN CABINET FROM THE SURROUNDING
 PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(3)F.2. OF
 THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS), SIGNS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET FROM THE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. PLEASE NOTE ANY OF THE OTHER
 REQUIRED SETBACKS THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE ? 24 FEET FROM
 ANOTHER LOT, 8 FEET FROM UTILITY POLES THAT SUPPORT
 ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINES.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE ON THE SITE PLAN THE AMOUNT OF FRONTAGE
 ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY (I.E. LENGTH OF THE PROPERTY
 LINE). PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(3)C. OF THE CITY?S
 ZLDRS, THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF SIGNAGE (BOTH SIDES
 OF THE SIGN SHOULD BE ADDED TOGETHER TO CALCULATE THE
 PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE OF SIGNAGE) SHALL NOT EXCEED
 0.25 SQUARE FEET FOR EACH LINEAR FOOT OF FRONTAGE.
