 4 BY SUBMITTING THE REQUIRED FORMS. FBC ENERGY
 CONSERVATION 101.4.5
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW
 WINDOWS AND DOORS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3 FOR THE REQUIRED
 BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE STUCCO AND THE WATER-RESISTIVE
 BARRIER ON THE EXTERIOR WOOD FRAME WALLS.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.2 AND ASTM C1063 FOR
 THE REQUIRED STUCCO WEEP SCREED AT THE BASE OF THE WOOD
 FRAME WALLS.
  
 6) THE VALUE OF $3000.00 FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS
 PROJECT APPEARS TO BE LOW. PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN
 INCLUDING ALL DESIGN, LABOR, MATERIAL, INCLUDING ALL
 TRADES PLUS PROFIT AND OVERHEAD FOR THIS PROJECT. CITY
 AMENDMENTS 109.3
  
 NOTE: ONE SET OF THE APPROVED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 SIGNED OUT AND TAKEN TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT
 FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE COUNTY IMPACT REVIEW
 STAMP AND A COPY OF THE IMPACT FEE RECEIPT WILL BE
 RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE
 PERMIT IS ISSUED.
