 2.EXISTING LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON SOUTH SIDE OF ENTRANCE
 DOES NOT EXTEND ALONG 18 FEET AS SHOWN ON DRAWINGS.
 EXISTING ASPHALT WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED TO PROVIDE A
 MINIMUM 5 FEET LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE LENGHT OF THE
 PARKING SPACE.
 3. ACCESSIBLE AISLE SHALL NOT BE WITHIN THE 24 FEET OF
 THE VEHICULAR ACCESS. IT NEEDS TO BE MOVED NORTH
 OUTSIDE THE DROP CURB AREA.
 4. STRIPING DETAIL FOR ALL THE PARKING SPACES SHALL
 FOLLOW CITY STANDARDS (DOUBLE LINES AS INCLUDED IN SEC
 94-485 OF THE ZONING CODE).
 5. ONE SHADE TREE CAN BE PLANTED WITHIN THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE VEHICULAR
 ENTRANCE.
