 DIXIE WAS REMODELED, IT IS A MIXED USE BUILDING. THE
 PARTICULAR SUITE INDICATED ON THE PLANS WAS PERMITED AS
 APARTMENT # 1 A R2 OCCUPANCY. THIS REVIEW WILL BE
 CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF USE WHICH WILL CAUSE THIS REVIEW
 TO BE REVIEWED UNDER THE : 2010 FLORIDA EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 9 SECTION 901.3.1.
 901.3.1 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A
 NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 912 SHALL APPLY.
  
 1) PLEASE CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE PLANS BUILDING "B"
 IS 7050 S DIXIE HWY, SUITE 100.
  
 2) 912.1.1 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 8. THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF CHAPTER 8 SHALL BE APPLICABLE THROUGHOUT THE
 BUILDING FOR THE NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION ...
 912.1.1.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITH
 SEPARATION. WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING
 THAT IS CHANGED TO A NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND
 THAT PORTION IS SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE
 BUILDING WITH FIRE BARRIERS HAVING A FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING AS REQUIRED IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING FOR THE SEPARATE OCCUPANCY, THAT PORTION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 8 FOR THE

 THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 705 EXCEPT AS MODIFIED IN
 SECTIONS 805.2 AND 805.3.
  
 705.2 GENERAL.
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THIS SECTION.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. WHERE THE WORK AREA AND THE MEANS OF EGRESS SERVING
 IT COMPLIES WITH THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS CONFORMING TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING AND THE FLORIDA
 FIRE PREVENTION CODE UNDER WHICH THE BUILDING WAS
 CONSTRUCTED SHALL BE CONSIDERED COMPLIANT MEANS OF
 EGRESS IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE CODE OFFICIAL, THEY DO
 NOT CONSTITUTE A DISTINCT HAZARD TO LIFE.
  
 WORK AREA. THAT PORTION OR PORTIONS OF A BUILDING
 CONSISTING OF ALL RECONFIGURED ELEMENTS, SYSTEMS OR

 INITIALLY INTENDED BY THE OWNER IS SPECIFICALLY

 912.4.2 MEANS OF EGRESS FOR CHANGE OF USE TO EQUAL OR
 LOWER HAZARD CATEGORY.NEWLY CONSTRUCTED OR CONFIGURED
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 CHAPTER 10 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 EGRESS CAPACITY SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE OCCUPANT LOAD

 FROM WHICH MEANS OF EGRESS ORIGINATED.

 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS
 EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING

 ENLARGING TOILET STALLS, INSULATING PIPES, OR

 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH
 AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT,
 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN INACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE
 ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE
 ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE
 FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (III) AT LEAST
 ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX
 RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES; (V) ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND
 ALARMS.
  
 3B) 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 904.3.3 CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES. WHERE PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.3. 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
  
 4) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
