 BREAK ROOM #110 APPEARS TO BE 775 SQ.FT. WHICH WOULD
 RESULT IN AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 52 PERSONS (775 SQ.FT. /
 15 SQ.FT. PER PERSON) WHICH WOULD MAKE THIS AN ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 BREAK ROOM #110: PER SECTION 7.2.1.4.2, DOORS SERVING
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE PERSONS SHALL SWING IN
 THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS.
  
 BREAK ROOM #110: PER SECTION 12.2.5.1.2, THE COMMON
 PATH OF TRAVEL FOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF MORE THAN 50 PERSONS IS LIMITED TO 20
 FEET.
  
 BREAK ROOM #110: WHILE THE TWO EXIT ACCESS DOORS ARE
 LOCATED MORE THAN 1/3 THE DISTANCE OF THE DIAGONAL OF
 THE ROOM, BOTH DOORS LEAD TO THE SAME CORRIDOR WHEREBY
 ONE FIRE EVENT COULD SACRIFICE BOTH EXIT ACCESS POINTS.
  
 FOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 100
 OR MORE PERSONS (50 PERSONS PER THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE), PANIC HARDWARE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON DOORS TO
 RELEASE THE LOCK/LATCH. NO OTHER LOCKS OR LATCHES ARE
 PERMITTED THAT WOULD NOT BE RELEASED BY THE PANIC
 HARDWARE. AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PANIC HARDWARE, THE MAIN
 ENTRANCE IS PERMITTED TO HAVE AN INTERIOR KEYED DOOR
 LOCK (AND NO LATCH) WITH A READILY VISIBLE SIGN STATING
 THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS
 OCCUPIED. SIGN LETTERS SHALL BE AT LEAST 1 INCH IN
 HEIGHT. A THUMB TURN STYLE LOCK IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR A KEYED LOCK.
  
 EVERY ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY ROOM NOT HAVING FIXED SEATS
 SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM POSTED IN A
 CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM THE ROOM.
 SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS PERMITTED FOR EACH ROOM.
  
 ASSEMBLY USE SPACES BREAK ROOM #110 (775 SQ.FT.) AND
 CONFERENCE ROOM #101 (286 SQ.FT.) HAVE A COMBINED AREA
 (1,061 SQ.FT.) THAT EXCEEDS 10% OF THE TENANT SPACE SO
 THESE AREAS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED ACCESSORY TO THE
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. FOR NON-SEPARATED MIXED USE
 OCCUPANCIES, THE MOST STRINGENT FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY
 REQUIREMENTS OF EACH OCCUPANCY SHALL APPLY TO THE
 BUILDING. PER SECTION NFPA 101 SECTION 6.1.14.1.2,
 WHERE EXIT ACCESS FROM AN OCCUPANCY TRAVERSES ANOTHER
 OCCUPANCY, THE MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY SHALL BE TREATED AS A
 MIXED NON-SEPARATED OCCUPANCY.
  
 UPDATE THE OCCUPANT LOAD AND CALCULATIONS TO SHOW 15
 SQ.FT. PER PERSON FOR THE ASSEMBLY USE AREAS.
  
 SHEET E2.1: THE SOUTH EXIT DOORS IS NOT MARKED WITH AN
 EXIT SIGN.
  
 SHEET FA2.1: ANOTHER FIRE ALARM NOTIFICATION APPLIANCE
 APPEARS TO BE NEEDED AT THE SOUTHEAST AREA OF OPEN
 OFFICE #105.
