 FIRE SPRINKLERED, SHEET A-3.0 THE FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD
 PLAN IS LOCATED. HAVING THE FIRE SPRINKLER DESIGNATION
 IN THE PROJECT DATA SETS UP THE PERIMETERS THE PLAN
 REVIEW WILL OCCUR UNDER.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 INDICATES WITHIN THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 THERE IS LOCATED TWO CONFERENCE ROOMS THE TOTAL SQ FEET
 OF THESE COMBINED AREA IS 1154 SQ FT. TO CONSIDER THIS
 AREA AS A ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY THROUGH THE FBC-B
 508.2.1, AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT
 OCCUPY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA OF THE
 STORY IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED AND SHALL NOT EXCEED
 THE TABULAR VALUES IN TABLE 503, WITHOUT BUILDING AREA
 INCREASES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 506 FOR SUCH
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES.
  
 THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA, FOOT PRINT OF THIS BUILDING IS
 25,272 SQ FT THE DESIGNER OF RECORD CAN PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE TOTAL SQ FOOTAGE OF COMBINED
 TENANTS CONFERENCE ROOMS DOES NOT EXCEED THE 10% OF THE
 BUILDING AREA THEN THIS CAN BE CONSIDERED A ACCESSORY

 SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS TO MANUAL
 FIRE ALARM BOXES IN FIRE SPRINKLERED BUILDINGS IS FOUND
 IN 2010 FBC-B 907.2.2 FOR GROUP B OCCUPANCIES, BUT
 PLEASE NOTE FBC-B 907.2. WHERE OTHER SECTIONS OF THIS
 CODE ALLOW ELIMINATION OF FIRE ALARM BOXES DUE TO
 SPRINKLERS, A SINGLE FIRE ALARM BOX SHALL BE INSTALLED.
