 COMMERCIAL UNITS.
 B) A SEPERATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR POOL PAVER
 DECK.
 C) A SEPERATE SECURITY FENCE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 POOL, GATE WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH 2010 FBC-B
 424.1.3.1.9 LATCH AT 54 INCHES.
