 PROPOSED, ALSO NOTE EXISTING CONDITIONS (TYPE OF
 WINDOW) AND EXISTING CLEAR OPENING SIZE AND PROPOSED
 CLEAR OPENING SIZE FOR BEDROOMS, FBC R310, FBC EB
 604.1. THE CLEAR OPENING CANNOT BE REDUCED BY MORE THAN
 5%.
