 1. A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE AUSTRALIAN AVENUE OFFICE
 PARK COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT
 OF THE PROPERTY. THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE
 GENERATOR, THE SURROUNDING PARKING, THE DRIVE AILSE,
 THE BUILDING, THE PROPERTY LINES, AND THE GENERATOR
 ENCLOSURE. THE PLANS SHALL BE TO SCALE AND SHOW
 DIMENSIONS FOR ALL FEATURES.
  
 3. THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW A GENERATOR ENCLOSURE WHICH
 COMPLIES WITH SEC. 94-444(B) OF THE ZONING CODE. NOTE
 THAT THE GENERATOR MUST BE SCREENED BY AN OPAQUE WALL.
 CHAIN LINK WITH SLATS IS NOT PERMITTED. THE WALL SHALL
 HAVE LANDSCAPE AT ITS BASE, EVERYWHERE EXCEPT AT THE
 GATE OPENING. THE LANDSCAPING AROUND THE GENERATOR MUST
 BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT BY A "TYPE D"
 CURB. THE PLANS MUST SPECIFY THE PLACMENT OF THE
 SHRUBS, QUANTITY, SIZE, AND SPECIES. SHRUBS AND HEDGES
 MUST BE PLANTED AT 2 FEET ON CENTER.
  
 4. THE ENCLOSURE SHALL SCREEN THE FULL HEIGHT OF THE
 GENERATOR, INCLUDING THE TOP OF THE EXHAUST STACK.
  
 5. IF ANY PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE REMOVED DUE TO THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE GENERATOR, THEN THE SITE PLAN SHALL
 VERIFY THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT PARKING FOR THE
 BUILDING.
