 1- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) ITEM #9: ACCORDING TO PLANS THERE IS ONLY ONE 2X6
 WALL WITH R19 INSULATION. OTHER WALLS ARE 2X4 WITH R11
 INSULATION. REVISE TOTAL WALL AREA FOR EACH WALL TYPE
 TO MATCH PLANS.
  
 B) ITEM #15 IS TAKING THE "CF" AND "CV" CREDITS.
 PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS ON PLANS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE "CV" CREDIT. SEC. 405.6.4 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) THERE IS NOT KITCHEN ON THIS ADDITION. REVISE PAGE
 2.
  
 D) REVISE ROOF TYPE AND MATERIAL ON PAGE 2 TO MATCH
 PLANS.
  
 E) REVISE OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION ON PAGE 3 TO
 MATCH PLANS. NOTE, CONSIDER THE GABLE END WALL. ALSO,
 THERE IS MORE THAN 6" OVERHANG SEPARATION.
  
 F) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM. BUILDER
 NAME, ETC.
  
 2- PROVIDE SITE PLAN SHOWING LOCATION AND ORIENTATION
 OF PROPOSED STRUCTURE. SEC. 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) STORAGE DOUBLE DOORS AS SHOWN ON FRONT ELEVATION.
  
 B) ROOF SHINGLES.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- PROVIDE COPY OF IMPACT FEES PAID RECEIPT. REQUIRED
 BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR THE RECORDS RETENTION.
  
 6- SHEET A-1: A) REVISE THE BUILDING CATEGORY AND
 ALTERATION LEVEL SPECIFIED ON DESIGN PARAMETERS. THIS
 IS TYPE "VB" NOT "II" AND IS AN ADDITION. GARAGE IS
 DEMOLISHED AND NEW HABITABLE BUILDING IS CONSTRUCTED.
 THEREFORE, SEC. 407 OF 2010-FBC-EXISTING BUILDING
 APPLIES.
  
 B) REVISE GENERAL NOTES AS WELL TO REFLECT ITEM #5(A)
 ABOVE.
  
 7- A) REVISE ALL ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON
 DETAILS, WALL SECTIONS AND ROOF FRAMING NOTES. ROOF
 ZONE #3 NEED TO BE NAILED AT 4"O.C. AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 OF 2010-FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) SPECIFY/IDENTIFY THE ROOF ZONE #3 FOR GABLE ENDS AS
 REQUIRED BY FIGURE R803.2.3.1. SPECIFY DIMENSION (5'-0"
 MIN.).
  
 8- LOCATION OF ATTIC ACCESS DOESN'T PROVIDE ENOUGH
 HEADROOM AND IS NOT "READILY ACCESSIBLE" AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R807.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. THIS MAY BE
 BLOCKED BECAUSE IS LOCATED IN STORAGE ROOM AND ROOM CAN
 BE LOCKED.
