 1) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT ELECTED TO IDENTIFY
 WHICH OPTION THEY WOULD LIKE TO DESIGN BY:
 912.1.1.1 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITHOUT
 SEPARATION.
 912.1.1.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITH
 SEPARATION.
  
 2) 912.4 MEANS OF EGRESS, GENERAL.
 HAZARD CATEGORIES IN REGARD TO LIFE SAFETY AND MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 912.4.
 912.4.1 MEANS OF EGRESS FOR CHANGE TO HIGHER HAZARD
 CATEGORY.
 WHEN A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS MADE TO A
 HIGHER HAZARD CATEGORY (LOWER NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN TABLE
 912.4, THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.
 SHOW COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL FBC-B 1014.3 FROM THE
 FURTHEST POINT IN THE PASTORS OFFICE TO THE 36" EXIT,
 IF OVER 75 FEET THEN A 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS IS REQUIRED
 WITH A 32 INCH CLEAR OPENING, MINIMUM OF 2'-10" DOOR.

 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
