 IS ACHIEVED WITH THESE ITEMS:
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SCALED PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FBC-B 1014.3 EXCEPTION # 1, COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL
 FROM THE FURTHEST POINT IN THE SUITE. PLEASE BE AWARE
 THIS SPACE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE ONLY ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 INTO AND OUT OF THIS SPACE. TWO ELEMENTS MUST BE IN
 CODE COMPLIANCE, THE FIRST IS COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL
 FROM THE FURHEST POINT, THE SECOND ISSUE IS OCCUPANT
 LOAD, THIS SPACE IS BEING FINISHED AS A WHITE BOX,
 PLEASE REALIZE IF ANY OCCUPANCY OTHER THAN BUSINESS
 LEASES THIS SPACE THE OCCUPANT LOAD WILL BE OVER 49 AND
 REQUIRE 2 MEANS OF EGRESS, 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1015.1.
 WITH THE TWO MEANS OF EGRESS THEY WOULD NEED TO BE
 1/3RD THE DIAGONAL OF THE ROOM APART, 2010 FBC-B
 1015.2.1.
 ON THE 1ST RESUBMISSION OF PLANS THE PLAN INDICATES ONE
 DOOR, WITH THE PLANS NOT DRAWN TO SCALE AND A DIAGONAL
 DISTANCE OF 88 FEET IT WILL APPEAR THAT THE TRAVEL
 DISTANCE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 111 FEET REQUIRING A
 SECOND DOORWAY, THIS CAN'T BE DETERMINED UNTIL SCALED
 DRAWING WITH DIMENSIONS ARE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND OR
 A FURNITURE PLAN WITH A COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL SHOWN NOT
 EXCEEDING 100 FT.
  
 2) . THE PLANS ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2010 FBC-B 1006.3.1 EXITS SHALL BE MARKED BY AN
 APPROVED SIGN READILY VISIBLE FROM ANY DIRECTION OF
 EXIT ACCESS. EVERY EXIT SIGN SHALL BE SUITABLY
 ILLUMINATED BY A RELIABLE LIGHT SOURCE. EXTERNALLY AND
 INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED SIGNS SHALL BE VISIBLE IN BOTH
 NORMAL AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST. 1006.3.4 EXIT STAIR DOOR OR TACTILE
 SIGNAGE. TACTILE SIGNAGE STATING ?EXIT? AND COMPLYING
 WITH ICC/ANSI A117.1, AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARD FOR
 ACCESSIBLE AND USABLE BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES, SHALL
 BE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR 60
 INCHES (1524 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE CENTER
 LINE OF THE SIGN.
