 1) PER THE INFORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO THE
 ENGINEERING SERVICES & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
 THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR SITE WORK OR THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE TRAILER:
  
 A. SITE CIVIL DRAWINGS FOR WATER AND SANITARY
 CONNECTIONS TO PROPOSED TRAILER.
  
 B. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS FOR PROPOSED PERVIOUS /
 IMPERVIOUS SITE CONDITION CHANGES.
  
 C. EROSION/SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN.
  
 THE PLANS REFERENCED ABOVE HAVE NOT BEEN SUBMITTED.
  
 2) THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 TRAILER TO ENSURE PROPER SECURITY:
  
 A. LANDSCAPING SHALL NOT OBSTRUCT VIEW OF WINDOWS,
 BUILDING ADDRESS NUMBERS, LIGHTING AND WALKWAYS.
  
 B. TIMER CLOCK OR PHOTOCELL SENSOR-ENGAGED LIGHTING FOR
 ABOVE OR NEAR ENTRYWAYS TO BUILDINGS FOR DUSK TO DAWN
 OPERATION SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 C. BUILDING LIGHTING (NON-GLARE) SHALL BE AROUND
 PERIMETER ON ALL SIDES.
  
 D. EXTERIOR DOORS SHALL ALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SECURITY
 HINGES AND SHALL BE REINFORCED WITH CASE HARDENED
 STRIKE PLATES. CASE HARDENED DEADBOLT LOCKS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ON ALL EXTERIOR DOORS WITH A MINIMUM (1) INCH
 THROW OR MECHANICAL INTERLOCK.
  
 E. IF ANY GLASS PERIMETER DOORS, THEY SHALL BE EQUIPPED
 WITH CASE HARDENED GUARD RINGS TO PROTECT THE MORTISE
 LOCK CYLINDER.
  
 F. IF THERE IS A REAR DOOR, IT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH
 180-DEGREE PEEPHOLE/SECURITY VIEWER.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER KELLY CARSILLO AT (561) 822-1620 THAT SHE HAS
 SEEN AND APPROVED THE TRAILER SECURITY.
  
 3) COMPLIANT LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE SUBMITTED WITH THIS
 PERMIT; HOWEVER, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING SIGN OFF OF THIS PERMIT. THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL INCLUDE A COST ESTIMATE FOR THE
 WORK SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT AS THE
 PLANS WITH THIS APPLICATION ARE SUFFICIENT TO USE.
  
 4) A PERMIT FOR THE RECONFIGURATION OF THE PARKING LOT
 AND THE STRIPING IS REQUIRED AND THE WORK SHALL BE
 COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE TRAILER.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN COMPLIES WITH THE APPROVED INFORMAL
 SITE PLAN.
