 1) THE STATE APPROVED PLANS UNDER STRUCTURAL LOAD
 LIMITATION AND LISTING AGENCY APPROVAL INDICATE THIS
 STRUCTURE WAS DESIGN TO A 150 MPH VULT WIND SPEED. THE
 LOCATION FOR THIS SITE IS: SEE 2010 FBC-B FIGURE 1609A
 170 MPH VULT FOR A RISK CATEGORY II BUILDING.
 THE PRESSURES WILL BE TO LOW FOR THE COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING.
  
 2) THE SECOND ISSUE IS FOUND ON THE STATE APPROVED
 PLANS UNDER THE HEADING STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS,
 THIS BUILDING IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE LOCATED IN A FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. THE PROPOSED BUILDING SITE IS LOCATED IN A
 A8 FLOOD ZONE, THE MINIMUM ELEVATION OF 14'-0" BASE
 FLOOD WITH AN ADDITIONAL 6 INCHES CITY OF WPB MUNI CODE
 SECTION 94-546 SUBMITTED.
  
 3) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE, NOR WIND INFORMATION FOR THIS

 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
