| SIGNAGE, TOTAL, IS PERMITTED ON THE EXTERIOR FACADE OF |
| THE BUILDING. THIS INCLUDES FACADE SIGNAGE, SIGNAGE ON |
| THE VALANCE OF AWNINGS AND VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS. THE |
| TWO VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS PROPOSED FOR THIS |
| ESTABLISHMENT TOTAL 198.2 SQ. FT., WHICH EXCEEDS THE |
