 1) THE INSTALLATION OF A VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN WITHIN
 CITYPLACE REQUIRES A LETTER FROM CITYPLACE AUTHORIZING
 THE SIGN.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT PERMIT VINYL
 ON SIGNS WITHIN CITYPLACE UNLESS IT HAS BEEN
 SPECIFICALLY GRANTED A WAIVER IN WRITING FROM
 CITYPLACE.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT
 VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS FOR A SINGLE TENANT SHALL HAVE
 MINIMUM 100 FOOT SEPARATION. THE WANNABE VERTICAL
 BUILDING SIGN IS CLOSER THAN 100 FEET FROM THE TEQUILA
 COWBOY VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ESTABLISHES THAT SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE IS PERMITTED AT ONE SQUARE FOOT PER
 LINEAR FOOT OF THE STORE FRONT. THE TEQUILA
 COWBOY/WANNABE ESTABLISHMENT HAS 109 FEET 10 INCHES OF
 STOREFRONT SHOWN ON THE PLANS, SO 109.8 SQ. FT. OF
 SIGNAGE, TOTAL, IS PERMITTED ON THE EXTERIOR FACADE OF
 THE BUILDING. THIS INCLUDES FACADE SIGNAGE, SIGNAGE ON
 THE VALANCE OF AWNINGS AND VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS. THE
 TWO VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS PROPOSED FOR THIS
 ESTABLISHMENT TOTAL 198.2 SQ. FT., WHICH EXCEEDS THE
 TOTAL ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE FACADE BY 88.4
 SQ. FT.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT
 VERTICAL BUILDING SIGNS FOR DIFFERENT TENANTS BE
 SEPARATED BY A MINIMUM OF 50 FEET. THE SUBMITTED
 DRAWINGS SHALL SHOW THE IMPROV VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN
 AND THE BRASS TAP VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN TO VERIFY THAT
 THE 50 FOOT SEPARATION FROM THE WANNABE VERTICAL
 BUILDING SIGN.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ONLY PERMITS THE
 ELABORATION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE BUSINESS
 (KARAOKE BAR) IF CITYPLACE HAS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED
 THE TEXT IN WRITING.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SMALL LOGOS SHOWN ON THE
 RAILING OF THE SEATING AREA ARE NOT PERMITTED.
