 W P B ADMINISTRTIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE FURNATURE LAYOUT ON THE LS PLAN, IT
 IS UNCLEAR AS TO THE USAGE OF THIS SPACE. PLEASE ALSO
 NOTE MISSING EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE CORRIDOR ADJACENT
 TO THE SERVER ROOM, 2010 FBC-B 1006.1.2.
  
 3) MISSING THE EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHT THAT LEADS INTO
 THE CORRIDOR FROM THE SUPERVISORY AREA. 1006.3.1 EXIT
 SIGNS.
  
 4) MISSING THE QUALIFIERS SIGNATURE ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION, A HOLD IS ON THE PERMIT TO NOT ISSUE UNTIL
 WE RECEIVE THE QUALIFIERS SIGNATURE.
