 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "C" NOT 'B". REVISE THE STRUCTURAL NOTES AND ALL THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET A-1 TO CORRESPOND TO EXPOSURE
 "C". ALSO, REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON WINDOWS/DOORS
 SCHEDULES ON SHEET A-5 AS WELL.
  
 2- PROPER DESIGN OPERATION OF THE MECHANICAL AND
 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CAN NOT BE ACHIEVED IF THE PLANS,
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL CALCULATIONS DON'T
 MATCH. FOR EXAMPLE; PLANS SHOW DRESSING ROOM, AN AREA
 THAT LOOKS LIKE A KITCHEN BUT THERE IS NO NAME, AND
 STORAGE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL
 CALCULATIONS DON'T CORRESPOND TO THE ROOMS AND USES
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 104.12 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 *** CLARIFY: A) WHY DESIGNING A "DRESSING ROOM" WITH
 SOME MANY WINDOWS, SEPARATE ENTRY LEADING TO THE STREET
 AND HAVING TV AND PHONE OUTLETS. B) ROOM WITH LAYOUT OF
 A COMPLETE KITCHEN (SEE FLOOR PLANS AND INTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS), C) STORAGE ROOMS ADJACENT TO THE "KITCHEN"
 AREA AND WITH TV AND PHONE OUTLETS ALSO.
  
 3- PROVIDE PARTIAL LAYOUT OF EXISTING SPACES ADJACENT
 TO THE NEW DRESSING ROOM TO VERIFY THAT EGRESS AND
 VENTILATION ARE NOT AFFECTED BY BLOCKING THE WALL WITH
 THE NEW ADDITION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR;
 A) FLAT ROOF AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS/DETAILS. AND PROVIDE
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS
 NAIL ENHANCING.
 ***NOTE: IF PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED REQUIRES SIGNED
 AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED
 AND SEALED CALCULATIONS.
  
 B) SHUTTERS FOR DOORS THAT HAVE NO IMPACT GLAZING (SEE
 NOA 09-0608.16 SUBMITTED). AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS/DETAILS. ***NOTE: PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR.
  
 D) FIBERGLASS EXTERIOR DOOR. NOA 06-1215.03 SUBMITTED
 IS EXPIRED. NEED CURRENT ONE.
  
 E) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (NEED AN ACCURATELY
 COMPLETED FORM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 103.2.1.1.2 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION):
 A) REVISE ITEM #7. THE AREA AVERAGE OVERHANG DEPTH IS
 NOT 3.00FT. SEE PLANS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) REVISE/CLARIFY IF INSTALLING NEW KITCHEN. REVISE
 "SPACES" SECTION ON SHEET 2 OF 5. SEE PLANS.
  
 C) REVISE ROOF SECTION ON PAGE 2 OF 5. THIS IS NO HIP
 ROOF AND THERE IS NOT CONCRETE TILE. SEE PLANS.
  
 D) REVISE DOORS ON PAGE 3 OF 5. THERE ARE NO WOOD
 DOORS. SEE PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 E) REVISE THE WINDOWS SECTION ON PAGE 3 OF 5: * REVISE
 THE WINDOW ORIENTATION TO MATCH PLANS. ** REVISE THE
 WINDOW AREAS TO MATCH PLANS. *** REVISE THE OVERHANG
 DEPTH AND SEPARATION OF EACH WINDOW TO MATCH
 PLANS/ELEVATIONS.
  
 F) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OR FORM.
  
 G) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING THE BUILDER'S NAME.
  
 7- VALUE DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO LOW.
 SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL
 LABOR, MATERIALS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES. VALUE WAS UPDATED, PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $2444.70.
  
 8- SPECIFY ON PLANS (INCLUDING IN EXISTING BEDROOMS)
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 9- PROVIDE ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS. SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND FIGURE

 10- SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.
 SPECIFY SIZE LOCATION, ETC. INCLUDING THE RIDGE VENT.

 A) CLARIFY IF INSTALLING NEW KITCHEN. THE LAYOUT IS THE
 SAME LAYOUT FOR A KITCHEN AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS CALL
 FOR ADDITION WITH KITCHEN. IDENTIFY THE SPACE WHERE THE
 NEW "KITCHEN" LAYOUT IS SHOWN. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
