 1.PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE BIKE PARKING AND
 TENANT STORAGE RECOMMENDED BY THE DAC APPROVAL.
 2. PLEASE INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE EXISTING PARAPET
 WALL AND SCREENING CONDITION OF PROPOSED MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT ON ROOF TOP.
 3. PLEASE INDICATE THE GROUND COVER OR TREATMENT
 PROPOSED FOR THE AREA SOUTH OF THE OPEN SPACE BETWEEN
 THE SIDEWALK AND THE DUMPSTER. STAFF SUGGESTS
 INTEGRATING IT AS PART OF THE OPEN SPACE OR AT LEAST
 PERCEIVED AS SUCH.
 4. IS THERE ANY DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN THE
 RETAIL/RESTAURANT AND THE PARK? COMMERCIAL SPACE MAY
 BENEFIT FROM OUTDOOR SEATING IN THE PARK (SIDEWALK CAFE
 PERMIT).
 5. THE BUILDING PERMIT WILL NOT BE APPROVED BY ZONING
 UNITL THE FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL PROCESS HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED. A FINAL RESUBMITTAL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.
 6. STREET TREES SHALL BE PLANTED ON TREE GRATES ALONG
 THE FERN STREET FRONTAGE. LIVE OAK IS THE RECOMMENDED
 SPECIE.
 7. PEDESTRIAN STREET LIGHT SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE
 PROJECT FRONTAGE.
 8. A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FORT HE STREETSCAPE WILL BE
 REQUIRED BEFORE THE FINAL CO IS ISSUED.
 OPEN SPACE COMMENTS:
 1. THE PROPOSED RETENTION AREAS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR
 AN OPEN SPACE. THE GRASSED AREA SHALL BE DESIGNED IN A
 WAY IS USABLE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC. IF STORMWATER IS
 THE REASON, THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION SHALL BE APPROACHED
 AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PARK DESIGN.
 2. ADDITIONAL BENCHES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SEATING REQUIRED FOR A PUBLIC OPEN
 SPACE.
 3. THE PROPOSED PRIVATE BBQ AREA DO NOT SEEM PART OF
 THE PARK, BUT AN ADDITION. IT SHOULD BE DESIGNED AS ONE
 ELEMENT OF THE OVERALL DESIGN.
 4. PARK PHOTOMETRICS WILL BE REQUIRED.
