 SECTIONS THAT PUT THIS ISZE TRAINING ROOM INTO THE
 OCCUPANCY TYPE A "A3" OCCUPANCY . THE 2010 FBC-B 303.1
 EXCEEPTION 1 & 3, SEE BELOW:
 EXCEPTION # 1 A BUILDING OR TENANT SPACE USED FOR
 ASSEMBLY PURPOSES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS THAN 50
 PERSONS SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP B OCCUPANCY.
 EXCEPTION # 3 A ROOM OR SPACE USED FOR ASSEMBLY
 PURPOSES THAT IS LESS THAN 750 SQUARE FEET (70 M2) IN
 AREA AND ACCESSORY TO ANOTHER OCCUPANCY SHALL BE
 CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP B OCCUPANCY OR AS PART OF THAT
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 1B) WITH THE TRAINING ROOM BEING AN A3 OCCUPANCY WITH
 THE BUILDING BEING EQUIPED WITH FIRE SPRINKLERS TABLE
 508.4 WILL REQUIRE THE SURROUNDING WALLS TO HAVE A 1
 HOUR OCCUPANCY SEPERATION IF THE DESIGNER WISHES TO USE
 SECTION 508.4 SEPERATED OCCUPANCIES IT IS NOT DECLARED.
  
 1C) THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WITHIN THE OCCUPANCY
 SEPERATION WALL WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH OPENING
 PROTECTIVES TABLE 715.4.
  
 1D) THE DOORS THAT LEAD OUT OF THE LARGE TRAINING ROOM
 # 116, DOOR # D116A & D116B WILL NEED TO SWING IN THE
 OPPOSITE DIRECTION. 2010 FBC-B 1008.1.2. DOORS SHALL
 SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL WHERE SERVING
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE PERSONS OR A GROUP H
 OCCUPANCY.
