 STOREFRONT FROM THESE PLANS SINCE IT IS NOT PART OF
 THIS PERMIT.
 2010 WPB ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED... EXAMPLES ARE A200.00
 NOTE # 1 & A-600.00 ELEVATIONS.
  
 2) SHEET A-200.00 THE TENANT SEPERATION WALLS:
 2A) SHEETS 700.00 - 703.00 PROVIDE THE WALL TYPES THAT
 WERE IDENTIFIIED ON A-200.00. A COMMON NOTE ON WALL
 SECTION TYPES ALIGN STUD KNOCK OUTS. ARE THESE DETAILS
 INDICATING NEW WALLS NEXT TO THE EXISTING TENANT
 SEPERATION WALLS WHERE THE STUD KNOK OUTS CAN BE
 ALIGNED OR IS THE 5/8 INCH FIRE RATED DRYWALL BEING
 REMOVED TO PUNCH NEW HOLES IN WHERE THEY DO NOT ALIGN?
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.

 BE 1 HOUR PER 2010 FBC-B 709.6.1. ON THE SHEETS 700.00-

 RATED. WALL TYPES L & P ARE INDICATED AS ONE HOUR
 WALLS, WHY ARE THE OTHER WALL TAGS FOUND ON THE TENANT
 SEPERATION DESIGNATED AS ONE HOUR?
  
 2C) VARIOUS WALLS INDICATE BEING FURRED OUT WITH FIRE
 RETARDANT TREATED 3/4 INCH PLYWOOD, PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 803.11.1 PLEASE PROVIDE
 WHICH OF THE THREE OPTIONS WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE
 SITE.
  
 3) SHEET S010.00 DO PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA IF
 THE WINDOWS ARE TO BE PART OF THIS PERMIT. IF THE
 WINDOWS ARE TO BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT THEN
 THE PRESSURES WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THESE
 OPENINGS AND TTHE HEIGHT FACTOR FOR A THREE STORY
 BUILDING. 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1609.7(2).
  
 4) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 (G) PRE-ENGINEERED A/C STANDS
  
 6) SHEET SHEET S110.00 IS FOR BAR JOIST ROOF FRAMING
 AND DETAILS FOR TYPICAL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL UNITS AND
 OPENINGS THAT ARE NEW AND BEING CUT INTO THE ROOF DECK.
 WHY IS THIS SHEET INCLUDED IN THESE PLANS, THERE IS TWO
 STORIES OF R-2 AND BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES BETWEEN THE
 FIRST FLOOR AND THE ROOF? IF ADDITIONAL AC UNITS ARE TO
 BE ADDED THEY WOULD PROBABBLY BE SPLIT UNITS WITH THE
 CONDENSORS ON THE ROOF. IN THAT CASE THE PRE-ENGINEERED
 A/C STANDS WOULD NEED PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WIND
 SPEED AND EXPOSURE CATEGORY PLUS THE DETAILS FOR
 FASTENING OF THE UNIT TO THE ROOF DECK AND OR BAR
 JOIST. PLEASE BE AWARE OF 1609.8 ROOF TOP STRUCTURES
 AND EQUIPMENT.
