 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND
 ACCURATE SURVEY.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT FOR THE EQUIPMENT
 BUILDING, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ALL
 LANDSCAPING WITHIN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS. THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH TWO (2) SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE
 PLANS, AS WELL AS A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR THE
 INSTALLATION AND MATERIAL OF THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
 PLEASE COORDINATE WITH CALVIN CAMPBELL REGARDING THIS
 AS SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS HAVE OCCURRED TO DATE REGARDING
 THIS ISSUE.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF THE
 FENCE PERMIT SEPARATING THE PBAU PROPERTY FROM THE CITY
 PROPERTY, IT WAS AGREED THAT THE CHAIN LINK FENCING
 INSTALLED NORTH OF THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING WOULD BE
 REMOVED, AND THAT THE FENCE WOULD EXTEND DIRECTLY WEST
 AND CONNECT INTO THE PRECAST WALL (NOT TURN NORTH TO
 HAMPTON ROAD). THIS MAY REQUIRE EASEMENT CONSENT FROM
 THE CITY'S PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT AS IT WILL CROSS
 OVER THE WATER MAIN.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A PARKING STRIPING DETAIL THAT
 COMPLIES WITH THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. YOU MAY EMAIL ME FOR A COPY.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF ALL PROPOSED FENCING,
 GATES, ETC.
