| METAL AWNING, BUT IT MAY ONLY BE MOUNTED TO THE |

| INDICATE ROOF WORK IS BEING DONE. VERIFICATION OF |
| ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREENING IS REQUIRED AS |
| PART OF THIS PERMIT AS WELL AS THE OTHER PERMIT. THIS |
| IS AN EXAMPLE OF COMMENT NO. 2. |
