 1. THE LOCATION OF PROPOSED INSTALLATION IS LOCATED IN
 SPECIAL HAZARD FLOOD ZONE A8. SEE WPB ADMIN CODE
 94-546(A) ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE ANCHORED TO PREVENT FLOTATION,
 COLLAPSE OR LATERAL MOVEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE, AND
 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH MATERIALS AND UTILITY
 EQUIPMENT RESISTANT TO FLOOD DAMAGE BY METHODS AND
 PRACTICES THAT MINIMIZE FLOOD DAMAGE. ALTHOUGH THE
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILER IS EXEMPT FROM REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, IT IS NOT EXEMPT FROM NFIP
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2. PROVIDE AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE, "CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS." TWO MORE WILL BE REQUIRED; "BUILDING UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION" AND "FINISHED CONSTRUCTION." ITEM C2 WILL
 PROVIDE A PROPOSED ELEVATION. THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE
 16'6" MINIMUM. SEE WPB ADMIN CODE 94-546(B)(2).
 ALTERNATIVELY, THE BUILDING CAN BE FLOODPROOFED.
 HOWEVER, THE MODULAR PLAN PROVIDED STATES ON SHEET C1,
 STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS, "FLOOD LOAD: THIS BUILDING
 IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED OR SUBJECTED TO WAVE
 ACTION WHEN LOCATED IN A FLOOD PRONE OR ZONE AREA.
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION MUST BE LOCATED ABOVE THE
 BUILDING SITE FLOOD PLAIN LEVEL."
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE ADDRESS AND
 DESCRIPTION IS TO BE FOR THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE
 TRAILER IS TO BE INSTALLED. BASED ON THE LETTER AND
 SITE PLAN, THIS IS NOT 2101 PALM BEACH LAKES BUT 2063
 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE MODULAR STRUCTURE ON THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY. PLEASE SUBMIT NEW APPLICATION WITH
 THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
