 THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS

 HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN
 THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 2A) 2ND REQUEST. 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL
 REQUIRE A SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTIONS ON A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A
 WRITTEN STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST
 BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A

 PENETRATIONS, FOR WALLS AND CEILINGS. ALL TRADES THAT
 PENETRATE THE FIRE RATED SLAB WILL NEED TO USE ONE
 PRODUCT THAT IS TO BE SPECED OUT BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD, SO ALL PENETRATIONS WILL REQUIRE THE
 ENGINEERING SHEETS FOR THAT SPECIFIC PRODUCT AND
