| 1) THE PLAN DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE NORTH |
| PARKING AREA. THE STAIRS, RAMP, ETC ON THE EAST SIDE OF |
| THE BUILDING ARE NOT SHOWN. THIS WILL AFFECT THE STATED |
| WIDTH OF THE DRIVE AISLE. |

| 2) THE ROW OF PARKING SPACES IN THE NORTH PARKING AREA |
| SHALL BE TERMINATED BY A LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE |
| LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN A HEDGE AND A TREE OR |
| GROUPING OF PALM IF POSSIBLE NOT TO CONFLICT WITH THE |
| EXISTING TREE IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. |

| 3) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN NEEDS TO BE REVISED TO REFLECT |
| THE NEW PARKING CONFIGURATION, DUMPSTER LOCATION AND |

| THE PLAN AS 13 FEET WIDE. STAFF MEASURED THE DRIVE |
| AISLE AND IT IS GENERALLY CONSTRUCTED AT 12.5 FEET IN |
| WIDTH. |

| 5) THE INCORRECT WIDTH FROM #4, ABOVE, RESULTS IN THE |
| DRIVE AISLE BETWEEN PARKING SPACES SHOWN AT 23.5 FEET |
| IN WIDTH. THE ASPHALT DIMENSION EAST TO WEST FOR THE |
| PARKING AREA IS 60 FEET, WHICH CONTAINS TWO 18 FOOT |
| DEEP PARKING AREAS AND A 24 FOOT WIDE DRIVE AISLE. |

| INCORRECTLY. |

| REQUIRED 24 FOOT DRIVE AISLE. |
