| INFORMATION. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PHASE SIGNS SHALL BE |
| LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) LOCATIONS ON A FUTURE |
| DEVELOPMENT PHASE PARCEL AND SHALL NOT EXCEED AN |
| AGGREGATE TOTAL SIGN FACE AREA OF MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED |
| (100) SQUARE FEET. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PHASE SIGNAGE |
| SHALL BE SET BACK A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM AN |
