 1) SHEET A006 THE OCCUPANCY PLAN PROVIDES THE OCCUPANT
 LOADS AND EGRESS AISLES TO THE EXIT DOORWAYS, THE PLAN
 DOES PROVIDE THE REQUIRED EXIT REQUIRED IN INCHES AND
 EXIT PROVIDED IN INCHES.
  
 WHAT THE PLAN FAILS TO INDICATE HOW THE FOUR EXITS THAT
 ARE IN THE COMMON WALL TO THE MALL AREA ARE GOING TO BE
 PROTECTED TO THE EXIT DISCHARGE. IT APPEARS ONE OF THE
 STAIRWELLS WITH TWO EXIT DOORS EMPTIES DIRECTLY BEHIND
 AN EXTERIOR WALL OF THE MALL THAT WILL BE DEMOLISHED,
 HOW ARE THESE DOORS AND EXIT DISCHARGE GOING TO BE
 PROTECTED DURING THE DEMOLISHION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
 THE OTHER TWO EXIT DOORS EMPTY INTO A COMMON MALL AREA,
 PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THESE OPENINGS WILL BE PROTECTED TO
 THE EXIT DISCHARGE.
  
 2) PLEASE BE AWARE OF WORK BEING COMPLETED WITHOUT THE
 BENEFIT OF PERMIT. PERMIT 10090508 1801 PB LAKES, FOR
 JC PENNEY TO CLOSE OFF THE ENTRY FROM THE MALL AND
 PENNEY STORE HAS NEVER BEEN ISSUED, FORBES CONSTRUCTION
 APPLIED FOR THE PERMIT, OWES FEES AND NEVER PICKED UP
 THIS PERMIT. WILL BE INVESTIGATED!!!
