 1) IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT THE SCOPE OF WORK IS FOR THIS
 PERMIT. THE APPLICATION IS FOR "INTERIOR REMIX AND
 RENOVATION" YET THE PLANS INCLUDE SITE WORK, PARKING
 AND LANDSCAPING PLANS. SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED
 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. PARKING LOT, TO INCLUDE THE STRIPING.
 B. LANDSCAPE WORK. NOTE ANY TREE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION
 REQUIRES A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
 C. SIGNAGE
 D. FENCES AND GATES.
 E. TRASH ENCLOSURES.
 F. IRRIGATION.
  
 2) THE PERMITS FOR EXTERIOR WORK WILL REQUIRE THE
 SUBMITTAL OF TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN
 ONE YEAR OLD.
  
 3) THIS PROPERTY IS ZONED COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT, SO ANY CHANGES TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE SITE
 REQUIRE A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT. PLEASE CONTACT
 THE PLANNING DIVISION FOR THE APPLICATION.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($650,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURES ON-SITE ($996,730 )
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT
 VERIFIES THAT THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV;
 THEREFORE, PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT
 A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO
 CONFORMITY.
  
 5) THE PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT THAT IS BEING MILLED
 AND OVERLAYED SHALL CONFORM TO ALL LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) THE PAVING AND GRADING PLAN SEEMS TO INDICATE THAT
 THERE IS A PORTION OF A PARKING SPACE BEING CONSTRUCTED
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THIS IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 7) THE PARKING TABLE USES INCORRECT PARKING
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE REFER TO ARTICLE XV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 8) THE CITY REQUIRES THE USE OF SINGLE SIDED WHEEL
 STOPS.
  
 9) THE PARKING SPACE STRIPING DETAIL SHALL CALL OUT THE
 WIDTH, COLOR AND SPACING OF ALL STRIPING. IT SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S REQUIREMENTS. THE CURRENT SITE
 STRIPING IS NOT IN CONFORMANCE WITH CITY CODE.
  
 10) THE PLANS SEEM TO INDICATE THE REMOVAL OF
 SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF LANDSCAPE, TO INCLUDE FOUNDATION
 PLANTING FOR AT LEAST ONE BUILDING. THE LANDSCAPE
 PERCENTAGE ON THE SITE MAY NOT BE REDUCED BELOW 15% AND
 THE BUILDINGS MAY NOT HAVE THEIR REQUIRED FOUNDATION
 PLANTING REDUCED.
  
 11) THE LAURAL OAK TREE PROPOSED FOR REMOVAL APPEARS TO
 BE ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY AND THUS MAY NOT BE REMOVED
 BY THIS PROPERTY OWNER.
  
 12) THE SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT COVER THE
 ENTIRE SITE AND DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 FOR A LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL BE FULLY
 REVIEWED AS PART OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 13) THE TRASH ENCLOSURES REQUIRE A 12.5 FOOT CLEAR
 OPENING.
  
 14) THE TRASH ENCLOSURE SHALL HAVE PERIMETER
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 15) NO DIMENSION LINES WERE INCLUDED ON THE ELEVATIONS
 TO VERIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE NEW TOWER.
  
 16) IS THERE ROOF MOUNTED A/C EQUIPMENT PROPOSED? IF SO
 IT SHALL BE SCREENED. PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SCREENING.
