 THIS PERMIT WILL BE FOR THE EXISTING BUILDING BUILT
 UNDER THE 1201 BELVEDERE ADDRESS IN 1963. PULL THE
 VALUE OUT OF THIS PERMIT AND APPLY IT APPROPRIATELY TO
 THE OTHER BUILDINGS LABELED A, B & C.
  
 2) SHEET A0.01 INDICATES A LEVEL II ALTERATION
 OCCURING, PLEASE BREAK OUT AND IDENTIFY EACH BUILDING
 BY BUILDING TYPE AND ALTERATION LEVEL FOR EACH BUILDING
 SEPERATELY. THE 1201 BELVEDERE BUILDING WILL BE
 CONSIDERED A LEVEL III ALTERATION AS WELL AS A VERTICAL
 ADDITION. PLEASE REVIEW THE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN 2010
 EXST BLDG CODE 807.2- 807.4.1.
