 EXISTING KITCHEN. PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN OF THE
 WHOLE OF THE TENANT SPACE WITH THE EXISTING KITCHEN.
 PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE SEATING, TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR THE
 NEW DINING AREA, PROVIDE THE ACTUAL OCCUPANT LOAD USING
 15 SQUARE FEET PER OCCUPANT.
