 1) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE
 YEAR OLD, SHOWING THE SITE FEATURES AND DIMENSIONS.
  
 AN ASPHALT OVERLAY REQUIRES THAT THE PARKING LOT BE
 BROUGHT INTO LANDSCAPE COMPLIANCE, TO INCLUDE CODE
 COMPLIANT PERIMETER LANDSCAPE AND INTERIOR AND TERMINAL
 ISLANDS. PLEASE REFER TO ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
 THE SUBMITTAL OF A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PLAN,
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) PROVIDE A PARKING TABLE WHICH SHOWS THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRED AND PROVIDED, TO INCLUDE ADA
 SPACES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROVISION OF BETWEEN 25
 AND 50 PARKING SPACES REQUIRES THAT 2 OF THE SPACES BE
 ADA COMPLIANT.
  
 3) PROVIDE A PARKING DETAIL, MEETING WEST PALM BEACH
 REQUIREMENTS, FOR THE REGULAR AND ADA SPACES.
  
 4) BICYCLE PARKING IS REQUIRED AT A RATIO OF 1:20
 PARKING SPACES. THE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CITY DOES NOT ACCEPT THE
 "WAVE" STYLE BICYCLE RACKS.
  
 5) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS BOTH ACROSS THE PARKING ROWS AND
 THE DRIVE AISLES.
  
 6) NO MORE THAN 10 PARKING SPACES MAY BE IN A ROW
 WITHOUT A LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
