 INDICATE THE USE OF MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS BEING USED
 AS A TEMPORARY KITCHEN, STORAGE ROOMS, RESTROOMS &
 DINING AREA. THE STATE APPROVED MODULAR BUILDING PLANS
 DESIGN CRITERIA INDICATE THIS STRUCTURE WAS DESIGNED TO
 A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, PLEASE REVIEW FLORIDA STATUTES IN
 REGARDS TO MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AND REQUIRED
 RECERTIFICATION OF MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS.
  
 553.375.RECERTIFICATION OF MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS.PRIOR
 TO THE RELOCATION TO A SITE THAT HAS A HIGHER DESIGN
 WIND SPEED, MODIFICATION, OR CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OF A
 MANUFACTURED BUILDING WITHIN THE STATE, THE
 MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER THEREOF MAY APPLY TO THE
 DEPARTMENT FOR RECERTIFICATION OF THAT MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL, BY RULE, PROVIDE WHAT
 INFORMATION THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT FOR
 RECERTIFICATION AND FOR PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF
 SUCH MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AND SHALL ESTABLISH FEES
 FOR RECERTIFICATION. UPON A DETERMINATION BY THE
 DEPARTMENT THAT THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING COMPLIES WITH
 THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL
 ISSUE A RECERTIFICATION INSIGNIA. A MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING THAT BEARS RECERTIFICATION INSIGNIA DOES NOT
 REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL APPROVAL BY AN ENFORCEMENT
 JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE BUILDING IS SOLD OR
 INSTALLED, AND IS CONSIDERED TO COMPLY WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE CODES. AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO RECERTIFICATION
 BY THE DEPARTMENT, THE MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER
 OF A MANUFACTURED BUILDING MAY SEEK APPROPRIATE
 PERMITTING AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE
 LOCAL JURISDICTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES
 GENERALLY APPLICABLE UNDER THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1A) IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THE HANLEY CENTER WILL NEED TO
 DECIDE IF THEY ARE GOING TO THE STATE TO GET THIS
 MANUFACTURERED BUILDING RECERTIFIED FOR THE CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR IF THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT DO A COMPLETE REVIEW UNDER THE CURRENT 2010
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1B) THE STATE APPROVED PLAN WIND DESIGN CRITERIA WAS
 FOR A WIND EXPOSURE CATEGORY "B", THE NEW SITE LOCATION
 IS CONSIDERED A CATEGORY "C".WIND EXPOSURE,
 1609.4.1 WIND DIRECTIONS AND SECTORS.
 1609.4.2 SURFACE ROUGHNESS CATEGORIES.
 SURFACE ROUGHNESS C. OPEN TERRAIN WITH SCATTERED
 OBSTRUCTIONS HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30 FEET
 (9144 MM). THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES FLAT OPEN COUNTRY AND
 GRASSLANDS.THIS SURFACE ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO
 ANY BUILDING LOCATED WITHIN SURFACE ROUGHNESS B-TYPE
 TERRAIN WHERE THE BUILDING IS WITHIN 100 FEET
 HORIZONTALLY IN ANY DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS C OR D-TYPE TERRAIN THAT EXTENDS MORE THAN
 600 FEET (182.9 M) AND WIDTH GREATER THAN 150 FEET IN
 THE UPWIND DIRECTION.
  
 1C) (1)THE STATE APPROVED PLANS ALSO INDICATE UNDERTHE
 HEADING STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS (8) THIS BUILDING
 IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IF LOCATED IN A FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. THIS PROPOSED MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL
 AS ILLUSTRATED, BE LOCATED IN A "AH" FLOODZONE THE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION OF 17'-0" NGVD PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 6
 INCHES OF HEIGHT CITY REQUIREMENT SEE CITY MUIN CODE
 SECTION 94-546. FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AS WELL AS
 MOBILE HOMES, THIS ELEVATION IS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 CARRIAGE, NOT FINISH FLOOR. THE STATE APPROVED PLANS
 FOR THE FOUNDATION PAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRESSURES
 DUE TO MOVING WATER, A ENGINEERED FOUNDATION PLAN WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 1C)(2) ANY ATTENDANT UTILITES, ELECTRIC & MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL NEED TO BE LOCATED ABOVE THE 17'-6" NGVD
