 C) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 D) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. PROVIDE ONLY THE COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
