 REVIEW OF ELEMENTS WITHIN THE TENANT BUILD OUT.
  
 2)2ND REQUEST THIS BUILDING MEETS THE DEFINITION OF A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING AND WILL NEED TO PROVIDE (3) THREE
 COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS, 1 FIELD SET, 1 BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT OFFICE SET & 1 SET FOR THRESHOLD INSPECTOR.
  
 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN FL S. S. 553.71(7) "
 THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS
 GREATER THAN (3) STORIES OR 50 FT IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH
 HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN
 THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 2A) 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING.
 THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO
 PROVIDE SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO
 THAT THE BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.

 THAT, TO THE BEST OF THE ARCHITECT'S PR ENGINEER'S
 KNOWLEDGE, THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH THE
 APPLICABLE FIRE-SAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY THE
 LOCAL AUTHORITY IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION AND 633 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 HISTORY FOR THIS TYPE OF CONCRETE RESTORATION.

 2D()2) FOR THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A
 RESUME' OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT.
 THE RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST
 MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA.

 PERMANENT PLATFORMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE CONSTRUCTED OF
 FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED WOOD FOR TYPES I, II AND IV
 CONSTRUCTION WHERE THE PLATFORMS ARE NOT MORE THAN 30
 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE MAIN FLOOR, AND NOT MORE THAN
