 1) A FLORIDA LICENSED CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED. THIS
 OWNER HAS AN OPEN OWNER BUILDER PERMIT FOR A
 RESIDENTIAL REMODEL AT 3213 VINCENT ROAD. FS489.103 (7)
  
 2) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT PER FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 405.4.2.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR
 THE PROJECT PER CITY AMENDMENT 107.3.4.1. IF A LETTER
 IS SUBMITTED, THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT NOA NUMBERS OR FL
 NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE LISTED. THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT IS THE ENGINEER THAT SEALED THE
 STRUCTURAL PLANS.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT HAS BEEN INCREASED FROM
 $8,500 TO $13,250.00 BASED ON THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS AND MARSHALL-SWIFT CONSTRUCTION COSTS.

 5) PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY THAT THE
 CORRECT OWNER LISTED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE
 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. FS 553 & FS 713.001-713.37
  
 6) ONE SET OF PLANS NEEDS TO BE SIGNED OUT AND TAKEN TO
 PALM COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEE REVIEW. RETURN THE STAMPED
 PLANS ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE PAID IMPACT FEE RECEIPT
 TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
