 1) CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 REQUIRES ALL INFORMATION,
 DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA TO BEAR
 THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE WIND-SPEED DATA AND EXPOSURE CATEGORY ON
 THE PLANS. FBCR 301.2.1 AND 301.2.1.4.3
  
 3) SPECIFY THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURE FOR THE
 WALL AREAS ON THE PLANS. FBCR 301.2.1
  
 4) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE WINDOW AND DOOR
 INFILL FRAMING ON THE PLANS. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 5) SPECIFY THE OPENING PRESSURES FOR THE WINDOWS ON THE
 PLANS. FBCR 301.2.1
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW
 WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR FOR WIND-BORNE DEBRIS
 PROTECTION OF THE NEW WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY
 FBCR301.2.1.2.
  
 8) IF STORM PANELS ARE USED, TWO SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS, KEY PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES WILL BE
 REQUIRED. DCA RULE 9N-3 AND CITY AMENDMENT 107.2.1.3
  
 9) PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE
 PROJECT PER CITY AMENDMENT 107.3.4.1
  
 10) THE SMOKE ALARMS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SLEEPING
 ROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE LOCATED IN THE IMMEDIATE
 VICINITY OF THE BEDROOMS PER FBCR 314.3. THE SMOKE
 ALARM IN THE KITCHEN DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 11) THE KITCHEN IS TYPICALLY NOT AN ACCEPTABLE LOCATION
 DUE TO THE PROXIMITY TO COOKING VAPORS. THE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS NORMALLY REQUIRE SMOKE
 ALARMS TO BE LOCATED A MINIMUM DISTANCE FROM THE
 COOKING APPLIANCES. REFER TO THE SMOKE ALARMS LISTING
 INFORMATION. FBCR 314.1
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR 315.1 WHICH REQUIRES
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS WITHIN 10 FEET OF EACH ROOM USED
 FOR SLEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 13) THE VALUE OF $8500.00 STATED ON THE APPLICATION
 APPEARS TO BE LOW FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK INDICATED BY
 THE PLANS. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
 VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, DESIGN FEES, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT. CITY AMENDMENTS 109.3
  
 14) IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE PLAN REVIEW TIME WHEN
 RESUBMITTING, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 15) THERE IS AN OPEN OWNER BUILDER PERMIT APPLICATION
 FOR WORK AT ANOTHER ADDRESS LOCATION BY THIS OWNER. THE
 OWNER BUILDER EXEMPTION MAY NOT APPLY AND A CONTRACTOR
 MAY BE REQUIRED IF THE OWNER PLANS TO RENT OR SELL THIS
 PROPERTY WITHIN A YEAR OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK. FS
