 1) THE SCREEN ENCLOSURES REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 2) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE
 BUILDING A SIDE ELEVATIONS AND THE BUILDING A OPTIONAL
 SIDE ELEVATIONS.
  
 3) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE
 BUILDING B RIGHT SIDE ELEVATION AND THE BUILDING B
 OPTIONAL RIGHT SIDE ELEVATION.
  
 4) THE PRIVACY WALL IS NOT AN APPROVED OPTION FOR
 OAKTON PRESERVE. AN APPROVED MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED WHICH WOULD SHOW THE WALL DETAILS
 AND THE PROGRAM FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE SHRUBS WHICH
 WERE TO BE LOCATED AT THE PROPOSED WALL LOCATION BEFORE
 ZONING STAFF WILL APPROVE THE PRIVACY WALL.
  
 5) NOTE: THE FACADE TREATMENTS ON EACH BUILDING SHOULD
 COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER, AS SHOWN ON THE FRONT ELEVATION
 OF BUILDING B. THE MIXING OF RADICALLY DIFFERING FACADE
 TREATMENTS, AS SHOWN ON THE FRONT ELEVATION OF BUILDING
 A, DOES NOT PRODUCE A HARMONIOUS VISUAL PRODUCT WHEN
 USED WITH JUST TWO ATTACHED UNITS.
