 TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
 FINISHED FLOOR SLAB TO BE AT A MINIMUM OF 16.5 FT. THE
 GRADING PLAN AND OTHER SHEETS SHOW A BUILDING ELEVATION
 OF 20.40 FT. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION APPEARS TO COMPLY;
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED ELEVATION

 DURING WHICH THE NEW FORM WILL BE VOLUNTARY.
  
 2. LS 1.0, ARRANGEMENTS OF EXITS, SEE FBC 1015.2.1,
 EXIT DOORS TO BE PLACED A DISTANCE APART EQUAL TO NOT
 LESS THAN ONE HALF OF THE LENGTH OF THE MAXIMUM OVERALL
 DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING OR AREA TO BE SERVED
 (ONE THIRD DISTANCE IF BUILDING IS SPRINKLERED, SEE
 EXCEPTION). IT APPEARS THAT ITEMS 2 AND 4 WOULD BE
 RESOLVED BY INCLUDING THE ADDITIONAL DOUBLE DOOR AS AN
 EXIT, NOT CLEAR WHY THIS WAS EXCLUDED FROM LS PLAN AS
 AN EXIT.
  
 3. LS 1.0, THE HALLWAY TO THE BATHROOMS APPEARS TO BE A
 DEAD END, PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSION ON THE LS PLAN.
  
 4. LS 1.0, TRAVEL DISTANCE OF 114 FT 4 IN SHOWN FROM
 ONE CORNER TO OPPOSITE EXIT. PLEASE ALSO SHOW COMMON
 PATH AS IT APPEARS TO EXCEED 75 FEET, FBC 1014.3.

 803 (SEE ALSO 803.2). PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE WOOD
 GRAIN PLASTIC LAMINATE VENEER AS WELL AS METHOD OF
 ATTACHMENT, FBC 803.10.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE THE ENERGY CALCS. THE DOCUMENT WHICH
 WAS UPLOADED WHICH IS NAMED LOADENERGYCALCULATIONS.PDF
 IS THE SAME DOCUMENT AS THE CIVIL COST ESTIMATE. SEE
 FBC 2010 ENERGY 103.2.3.
  
 9. OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS SHOWN AS BUSINESS;
 PLEASE INCLUDE THE PARTS AREA IN THE OCCUPANCY AS THIS
 BUILDING APPEARS TO BE MIXED USE. SEE FBC 508 REGARDING
 MIXED USE BUILDINGS, OCCUPANCY SEPARATIONS, AND
 NONSEPARATED OCCUPANCIES.
