 PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: A HOLD WILL BE
 PLACED ON ALL INSPECTIONS FOR THE INTERIOR SCOPE OF
 WORK FOR THIS PERMIT, UNTIL THE OWNER/CONTRACTOR
 SUBMITS FOR SEPARATE LANDSCAPE, PAVING, AND STRIPING
 PERMITS THAT COMPLY WITH THE ZONING CODE REQUIREMENTS.

 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. REVISE PLANS MAY
 RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. SUBMIT A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, OF THE
 SITE. PROVIDE LOCATION OF EXISTING PARKING. BASED ON
 THE AERIAL, THERE SEEMS TO BE NO PARKING ON SITE. BASED
 ON A PREVIOUS PERMIT (09100037) THAT WAS APPLIED FOR AN
 ADDITION OF A PATIO AREA, THERE WAS PARKING THAT WAS
 EXISTING IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. PROVIDE SITE
 PLAN OR ORIGINAL SITE PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED SHOWING
 WHAT PARKING SPACES WERE PROVIDED.
  
 4. IF ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IS FROM THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY, A RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE WILL BE REQUIRED.
 COORDINATE WITH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND CITY'S
 SURVEYOR, VINCENT NOEL (ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT) FOR THE
 DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.

 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING. REVISED PLANS
 MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 1) A SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, OF THE SITE IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE EXPANSION OF THE PATIO AREA IS REMOVING THE
 PARKING ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED VERIFYING THAT THE SITE HAS SUFFICIENT PARKING
 AFTER THE PARKING REMOVAL.
  
 3) THE EXPANSION OF THE PATIO AREA APPEARS TO ENCROACH
 INTO THE DRIVE AISLES. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED
 VERIFYING THAT THERE IS NO REDUCTION IN THE DRIVE AISLE
 WIDTH.
  
 4) THE PERMIT APPEARS TO INCLUDE AN EXPANSION OF THE
 SEATING AREA ON THE PATIO. IF THE SEATING AREA IS BEING
 INCREASED, THEN APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE A SITE PLAN TO
 SHOW THAT THE RESTAURANT HAS ENOUGH ADDITIONAL PARKING
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE EXPANDED SEATING AREA.
  
 5) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FENCE/RAIL.
  
 6) ARE THE PLANTER BOXES MOVABLE OR ARE THEY FIXED TO
 THE GROUND.
