 CODE SECTION DOES NOT REGULATE THE TYPE OF WALL
 MATERIAL, JUST THE FINISH ON THE WALL. THE FINAL
 DECISION MUST BE MADE BY THE LOCAL JURISDICTION AS TO
 WHAT IS CONSIDERED HARD, SMOOTH AND NON-ABSORBENT. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF EPOXY PAINT ON
 MR BOARD AS A HARD, SMOOTH AND NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
