 VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS

 HAVE ROOF SHINGLES. PROVIDE ENGINEERING SHOWING THAT
 THE EXISTING HOUSE IS ADEQUATE TO RECEIVE THE
 ADDITIONAL CONCRETE TILE LOAD. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 ACCESS IN STORAGE ROOM BY THE FAMILY/DINING ROOM
 PROVIDES THE REQUIRED HEIGHT REQUIRED BY SEC. R807.
  
 8- PROVIDE ICYNENE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 AND INSULATION R-
